Double beam explosion proof trolley crane satisfy standards stipulated by GB3836.2-2000 Explosion-proof Electric Equipment Working in Explosive Gas Environment Part-2: Flame-proof crane. The crane has obtained Explosion-proof Certificate after passing examinations by units designated by the government to test explosion-proof products. The explosion-proof marks are ExdⅡCT4 respectively.

This product is suitable for areas where the explosion, transmission is not higher than ⅡB or ⅡC and the ignition temperature group of inflammable gas or explosive mixture of steam and gas is not lower than T4. Applicable dangerous zones are zone 1 and zone 2 (please refer to GB3836.1-2000 for details).

This product is generally controlled on the ground, but control from the driver’s cabin is also allowable. The working grade is intermediate.

Steel Material: Chinese standard Q235B and Q345B

Trolley rail is made of high strength hot rolled flat steel (16 Mn)

Epoxy zinc-rich painting for one bottoms and two sides of 120μm thick, to achieve a long lifespan, beautiful appearance and good luster

The girder and end beam are connected together by high strength bolts to ensure the structure strength and precision of the whole machineThe end beams are equipped with flat wheel or double rim wheels, anti-friction bearings, buffer blocks and derailment preventing end plate

Maintenance walkway is located on one side of the main girder, consisting of flower pattern plate, 1050meters handrail.

Applied to explosion transfer capacity no higher than the II B or II C-class and the sites with explosive air mixture formed with inflammable gas (or steam) and air whose factory ignition temperature groups between T1 group and T4 group. The applicable hazardous area: 1 division or 2 division. The working duty:A5~A8.
