Description
Container rubber tire gantry crane with hooks is applied outside warehouse or railway sideways to do common lifting and unloading works. 3. The welding of main beam adapt high efficiency and intelligent welding robot, Henan Mine Crane CO., LTD are No.1 enterprise who adapt this high technology machine. The welding joint inside of the main beam adapt advanced MAG welding, adapt Ar+CO2 mixed protective gas, The 4 welding joint outside of the main beam adapt automatic submerged-arc fillet welding machine.

5. The welding of end beam adapt double gun gantry submerged arc welding, highly welding quality ensure the stable quality of the crane effectively.
6. Adapt the steel plate rolling drum and wireless steel tube, Henan Mine Crane CO., LTD has a set of steel plate rolling drum producing and processing line which is industry-leading level. From pre-bending by 1250t press machine, to Edge rolling by three-roller plate roll, at last the longitudinal joint and circumferential joint of drum are welded by automatic welding center and drum processed by heavy duty CNC horizontal machine tool.

Installation Service
Henan Mine Crane could arrange engineer to do supervision of installation, make the load test, do commissioning, training of the buyer's workers, the buyer should be responsible for each of our technician’s accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets, travel expenses and self-security. The engineer’ salary is USD100.00 per day abroad.
1. Quality problems of products sold by our company will be solved as per the “three guarantees” system of our company by the “three guarantees” service team;
2. Related personnel will be sent to the site immediately after receiving quality complaints (by call, letter or oral notice) from clients;
3. Personnel involved in after-sales service shall be serious and considerate in handling the problem to make clients care-free;
4. In addition to solve quality problems, personnel involved in after-sales service shall train clients, answer their technical inquiries and related questions free of charge;
5. Related cost for products with quality problem will be shouldered by our company. Our company charges for quality problems caused by clients (or problems after the warranty term), but the charge will not be higher than the expense (or cost);
